In ski areas, as skiers stand on the magic carpet wearing their ski shoes and skis, safety is paramount. To ensure skier safety, the gradient of the ski magic carpet is carefully maintained at no more than 16°.
In other locations, such as scenic spots, the gradient of the magic carpet is kept at a maximum of 26°. When the slope is less than 17°, standing on the magic carpet is comfortable. For slopes steeper than 17°, sitting provides a safer and more enjoyable ride.

Generally, the magic carpet extends to a length of no more than 300 meters.

However, if the slope's gradient is kept under 10 degrees, the magic carpet can be extended to an impressive 400 meters.
